I will be reading to you bible references and other quotations on courage. Deuteronomy 31: 6 says ” Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
Nelson Mandela said” I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear”
Joshua 1:9 says “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go”
S. Eliot said. Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.
Psalm 31:24 says Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the LORD.
